38ºN UK: Optimal Fitness

Do you want to kick start your fitness and weight loss in a fun effective way? This August we're running our flagship Optimal Fitness boutique bootcamp at the Spread Eagle luxury country hotel and spa around an hour from London.

Fancy staying in one of the oldest coaching inns in the country? Dating from 1430, Queen Elizabeth the 1st is thought to have stayed at the Spreadeagle, as did Lord Nelson. More recently it's been praised by the Sunday Telegraph, National Geographic, Glamour and many more. So we've got a historic hotel in beautiful rolling countryside, the 38ºN team with a full schedule of fitness, delicious food, a spa, and one of the oldest pubs in the country - what more could you want? Well, we're throwing in a spa treatment too...

You can expect top notch training, good food,  and of course an enthusiastic and welcoming atmosphere to help you achieve your fitness results. 

The emphasis will be on fast tracking your fitness with a variety of training activities, coupled with relaxing down time in the evening. Our philosophy is results driven, so each day you'll have our own variation on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) underpinning other great training activities - all with the aim of getting you in top shape fast.

We aim to train outdoors in nature as much as possible to help you reconnect, so bring wet weather gear, but never fear there will be cosy indoor spaces to recover in too. The weekend will kick off with a fitness test, we'll be hitting full body circuits each day, enjoying a hike, some runs, some boxing training and yoga or stretching to end the day. The aim is to help you reset your fitness routine, work hard, start you on the road to shedding some pounds and have fun doing it.
