James and Claire, owners of 38ºN are hosting a one off, Urban Retreat pop up in their favourite home town of London. It’s an opportunity to spend an immersive day and a half with them – where they’ll give you everything you need to live a life of optimum health and happiness.

They’ll show you how to:

  • Live a life in balance, without extremes – and still have a body you’re proud of
  • Free yourself from long, boring workouts – that haven’t got you the results you’ve been looking for

Their approach is to show you not only WHAT to do to manage your body composition, eat well and feel energised, but HOW to do it, sustain it and make it part of your lifestyle.

So what will your immersive London:Live Urban Retreat look like?

You’ll join Claire & James at the Melia White House, Great Portland Street – a stones throw from Regents Park early Saturday morning (8.30am arrival). They’ll kick off with training in either Primrose Hill or Regents Park – where you’ll release some tension with boxing, followed by circuits – then a stroll back showing you some of their favorite sights before a healthy, delicous lunch. You’ll do some workshop sessions in the afternoon, followed by more time training in the gorgeous parks – where they’ll finish the day with a last blast and chilled out yoga with a guest instructor.

Dinner will be out and about at a secret location – again with James and Claire – at one of their favorite spots. After which you’re free to have a drink in the bar or get some well earned ZZZZZZs.

Sunday you’ll rise early and do their signature fasted HIIT. Followed by a protein packed, yummy breakfast. They’ll be another workshop, a little more training and you’ll be finished up by midday.

In just 1.5 days – you’ll leave reset and energised – with a tool kit of ways to stay fit in body and mind.

38ºN was just what I needed. Paddle boarding, yoga and boxing were just some of the activities I enjoyed during my 5 day stay. The team at 38ºN are amazing – they really know their stuff and were very hospitable. My favourite part was being able to relax and have some downtime whilst having daily workouts. This isn’t always possible at home with a busy schedule so I like how the timetable caters for a little bit of everything. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to recharge, try varied activities and enjoy some yummy juices and food all whilst taking in the Ibiza rays.
