A day of our signature health and fitness style in our beloved home town, where we welcome clients, friends (they’re the same!) and some lovely new faces. You’ll experience, amongst others – varied HIIT workouts, boxing, a park run and a workshop on beating burnout. We’ll grab some lunch in our favourite Primrose Hill market and finish up with a drink in a pub (of course). WHAT A PERFECT BALANCE!
Meet us meet others
It’s not always possible for old faces (not literally!) or new clients to come to our retreats in Marbella or Ibiza. So – because we’re back in lovely London around that time, we thought – heck why not do a pop up day retreat. That way we get to do what we love (educate, train, inspire, laugh) with a community of like minded people. AND…for many – it’s an opportunity to reunite and see familiar faces.
